Religious arias

In the “Religious Arias Concert” and "Easter Concert" baritone Roberto Lovèra offers his audience some of the most renowned, sacred arias that instill feelings of timelessness and beauty in contemplation of their deep mystical sense.

In addition to the famous "Ave Maria" by Schubert and Gounod, the program offers an interpretation of arias composed by the genius of Bach and Handel: "Jesus Meine Freude Bleibet", "O mio Signor" and "Cantate Domino", songs of intense drama such as "Agnus Dei" by Bizet and “Pietà Signore” by Stradella, the divine "Ave Verum Corpus" by Mozart and the sweet "Panis Angelicus" by Franck.

The result is a refined concert with a wide variety of sounds and intensity of emotions, which commences with the reflection of Easter and culminates in "È Risorto!” (Is Risen!), an original song composed by Roberto Lovèra inspired by the Resurrection of Christ.
