The baritone Roberto Lovèra started composing at the age of fifteen and has written up to two hundred pieces, which include songs, ballads, and instrumental arrangements, many of which have been recorded and performed in Italy and abroad.

Two pieces stand out from his repertoire: Stella Cometa and Addio Venezia.

Stella Cometa has become a Christmas classic, while Addio Venezia was expressly requested to be performed with other distinguished pieces by Monteverdi, Vivaldi and Verdi in the prestigious setting of the Italian Embassy in Ottawa, Canada for the ambassadorial delegation.
